Note: if you are a paid eTrac subscriber, separate privacy terms will apply. An eTrac subscription is not required for the use of our Mobile Application.
NO COLLECTION, TRANSMISSION, PROCESSING, STORAGE, MANAGEMENT, USAGE, DISCLOSURE OR RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Our Mobile Application does not collect, transmit, process, store, manage, use, disclose or retain any data from you or share any of your information with external parties. You can access and use the Mobile Application and Services without telling us who you are or revealing any information by which someone could identify you as a specific, identifiable individual.
PRIVACY OF CHILDREN
We do not collect, transmit, process, store, manage, use, disclose, or retain any Personal Information from anyone, including children under the age of 18. Further, our Mobile Application does not collect, transmit, or use any data from you or share it with external parties.
HOW WE RESPOND TO YOUR COMMUNICATIONS
We may ask you to verify your identity before we respond to any communications you send to us. You must provide sufficient information that allows us to verify that you are the person you are claiming to be or that you are the authorized representative of such person. Since we do not our Mobile Application does not collect, transmit, store, use, process, manage, disclose or retain any data from you or share it with external parties, we do not employ any information security measures.

If you are a citizen or resident of countries or jurisdictions, our Mobile Application does not collect, transmit, store, use, process, manage, disclose or retain any data from you or share it with any external parties.
